What Happens Next
In early February, we will get back to you to let you know if you are among the top half-dozen candidates who will get an initial interview. That will be followed up by a second round of interviews with the hiring manager and possibly others. Around the middle of February, we will make an offer to our preferred candidate. For all of our new hires, we like to start slowly to ensure that it’s a good fit, for both us and you. We’ll then start ramping you up on our process and integrating you into the team, building your hours up to about 10-20/week by the end of the winter.
