Our Work
4Site built a powerful visualization tool for anonymized data collected about every child born in California since 2016. The site lets visitors manipulate the data and overlay it onto federal, state and local jurisdictional boundaries. Today its used by policy makers in the state to help them allocate early childhood services more equitably. We also built a tool for the researchers at the Children’s Data Network and First 5 California to upload new data sets as they become available.
The branding, slick mapping interface, well-designed contextual materials, deceptively straight-forward animation, and rigorous documentation all combine into one powerful tool that can change the conversation around investments for children and families in California. 4Site helped us create something amazing!
