Multi-Step Donation Form

To encourage a higher response rate for their appeals, Amnesty International USA asked us to implement a single page, multi-step donation form that collected user information without the refreshing the entire page. AIUSA was already using our ENgrid software to publish their Engaging Networks forms. This is a no-code editing experience for AIUSA staff, who can manage the text and imagery, adjust the placement of fields, and even add additional steps. AIUSA is testing the performance of this multi-step experience against a single-step form that displays all the various form fields on the screen at once. We can’t wait to find our what the impact was on donation conversation.
