We work closely with our retainer clients to ensure they get the most out of their website. We hold regular check-ins to ensure that our two teams are always in close collaboration.

Among other successes, we helped International Fund for Animal Welfare create a custom quiz feature for their site that quadrupled the time-on-page. We would love to help you find similar success.

Retainer Program Benefits

• Regular video calls to understand your needs and to devise the best solutions.
• All work is documented in our project management tool, Productive, providing complete transparency.
• Reserve a monthly pool of hours from our team.
• Fifty percent of unused, monthly hours can be carried over into the following month.
• Additional hours can be purchased at the discounted retainer rate.
• The same retainer rate is honored for larger projects.
• Clients that do not take advantage of our retainer program can still get support at our standard rate of $250/hour, and can get urgent support at a rate of $375/hour.
• Services are provided during business hours, from 9am to 5pm ET, Monday through Friday.
